Shipping policy
Journals are printed on demand. Production takes 1-2 weeks and cannot be expedited. Shipping is based on the shipping option selected. Please consider shipping options when ordering. For example, expedited shipping is 1-2 days, so you will receive your journal 1-2 days after your journal is produced. Because all products are printed on-demand, all orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally send you the wrong item. Please contact us at info@unapologeticallyauthentic.com within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. We are happy to offer a replacement item.
